Instructions
- Make Honey Syrup: Mix 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water (e.g., 1 cup honey + 1/2 cup hot water) and stir until dissolved. Allow it to cool before using.
- Combine: Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake: Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well-chilled.
